A Little Positivity Goes a Long Way

Oftentimes the difference between a mediocre life and a phenomenal life is just a little bit of positivity.  Positivity is the imperative link for living life to the fullest and capturing a bit of bliss and happiness.  It is a superlative drug which keeps life fruitful and flowing with rich, abundant blessings.  In my own life, it has made a world of difference.  My positive attitude and winners mentality has opened gigantic doors in my career and has assisted me in accomplishing all the goals I have accomplished thus far in my life.

The reality is though, nobody can be positive 100% of the time.  That's just not humanly possible, but that's not what's most important in living an incredible life.  What is important however, is tipping the scales in your own personal life.  This means having much more positive thoughts and feelings than negative ones.  If you can manage to do this, you will see life blossom and flower for you beautifully and artistically guaranteed...

I believe positivity is a greatly underused tool in the pursuit of excellence.  But it's something that is absolutely necessary in creating the kind of life for yourself which you secretly dream about.  Of course it's not always something that comes easily, but it gets easier with practice.  If you take time everyday to exercise your positivity even for 15-20 minutes it will make an impeccable difference in your quality and enjoyment of life.  Here's the thing though, YOU have to do it.  NOBODY can do it for you.  And you have to CHOOSE a positive life.  This may sound easy, but choosing a positive life means giving up your drama and many people just aren't willing to do that.  Playing the victim part is quite fulfilling to a lot of people it seems.  But the rewards of giving up your drama and taking responsibility in creating a positive life is well worth its weight in gold.  Because with a positive life you get to decide where you want to go and who you wish to be.  You get to co-create your life and destiny.  And along with these benefits you also get to feel healthier, happier and more alive.  Yes sirree it is totally worth it.  A Little Positivity Goes a  Long Way.  Try it for yourself and you will see...

Don't Waste Good Energy on Bad Things

Energy is dynamic and absolutely not a static thing.  It has a mind of its own and goes where it wants to go. It flows between all people, plants, as well as every living and non-living entity. We live and operate in a world of incredible energetic flow.  And the beauty of this is that all of us can harness our energy for positive change if we so choose. In fact, we always have a choice about how to use our energy. We can focus it on unhappy emotions, envy, resentment, things which we find to complain about, or any aspects of our lives not currently working. On the contrary, we can choose to focus it on happy moments, our grandest blessings and things which are looking up, or improving in our world.  The choice of where to place our focus and energy is ALWAYS ours to make.

The thing is though, wherever you put your attention and energy is highly important, because where your attention goes energy flows.  Where you put your energy is like tending plants in your garden. The areas you tend to the most flourish, meanwhile the areas you neglect wither away and die.  Your current life is based on where you have put your concentrated energy in the past. And the future you are creating is based on where your are putting your energy right this very moment. What plants are you wanting to grow in your garden is the question you have to ask yourself daily.  Then you must make certain you are showering your good energy and attention upon those things which you are deliberately trying to grow.

Tending to and nurturing the seeds of creativity, success, love, joy and positivity helps you to grow a sacred, transcendental life.  However, if you waste all your good energy criticizing others, constantly complaining, focusing on the negative side of life, that is a terrible misuse of good energy. Just like you shouldn't waste energy around your house, you shouldn't waste it in your own personal life as well. Why not use your productive positive energy for constructive, transformational change?  Energy is a precious commodity.  Don't Waste Good Energy on Bad Things, but instead channel your good energy into a purposeful focus and you will have a most excellent, colorful, passion filled life.

Creating a Masterpiece of Your Life

When you first realize your life is yours alone to create, it can be a little scary in the beginning to chew and digest this notion. But then as you begin to discover the marvelous beauty this holds for you, you can begin to envision all sorts of awe-inspiring, breathtaking possibilities. In fact, life can even begin to be fun again. Unlimited possibilities create excitement in our minds.

Life is a work of art and your job is to make it as beautiful as possible. A life, like a great painting, or sculpture isn't created in a flash. It took Michelangelo four years to complete his crowning achievement, the Sistine chapel. To make a great piece of artwork, you have to strive for minute precision. Every last detail makes an extraordinary piece of art what it is.

In life everyday is a new beginning, a chance to refine and redesign your life vision, to perfect the work of art you are trying to create. Right now, your life might feel like anything but a work of art, or masterpiece. You may even be sorting through the wreckage of a tragic life ordeal. But somewhere within the chaos, turmoil and confusion, lurks a friendly, becoming life just waiting for you to create its joyous existence onto canvas. Johann Goethe, a phenomenal German writer said, "If you know what you want-if you can state it clearly, the universe will move in your direction." As in any marvelous work of art, clarity is of utmost importance. A vision of the finished work in your mind is absolutely essential. Once you can capture the vision, hold it clearly and keep that picture in your mind, you will someday experience its fruition. Eventually in time, the masterpiece you hold as a thought will become your living experience.

Creating a Masterpiece of Your Life entails making your life vision a reality. A remarkable, thought provoking work of art can take years, or even decades to assimilate and so too can a notorious life. Just realize that you are the sculptor of your own life. And just like Michelangelo saw something noteworthy in a big stone, somewhere buried within you is a "David" waiting to be carved out. Within you there is a work of art so captivating, so riveting it would blow people's minds once you figure out how to unleash it. Now is the time to let your brilliance and eloquence out of the stone. You have the power to create, change and redesign anything in your life. You have the tools to craft an artful, splendiferous life.

Dare to Expect the Best

You can't just want a better life.  You have to expect a better life and open yourself up to receive a better life.  Ultimately you have to believe yourself worthy in the first place.  Because here's the thing, life can only give you what you expect it to.  And if you expect the best, oftentimes nothing but the very best shows up for you.  So many people complain about bad luck, tough breaks, unforeseen circumstances, about life not working out and etc.  And this is not conducive and can even be destructive to a successful life.  If people would instead Dare to Expect the Best in all situations the tide could definitely turn for them.

Whatever you are looking for in life you are bound to find sooner or later.  I average $100,000 in food sales each month for my career, but here's the reason why.  When I walk into a sale, I expect them to say yes, not just once in a while but always.  I expect that I'm going to make the sale and more times than not I usually do.  I walk in with the right attitude and mentality.  And expectations and beliefs are powerful.  Expecting the best in life is just plain, good medicine.  If you want to live a happy, successful life you should believe wonderful things are going to happen to you, as well as expect that amazing things are going to fall into your lap and they oftentimes will.

If you go into something thinking you might fail, or you might lose, then you are already halfway to failing.  To have a great life, you have to learn to think the highest thoughts, say the highest words and do the highest deeds.  To be successful at anything you have to believe your chance of success is much greater than the possibility of failure.

You can have everything you want in life when you learn to expect the best and look for the very best in life.  The universe is vast and rich beyond compare.  It wants to give you everything you desire, but it starts with you deeming yourself as worthy.  It starts with you expecting successful, positive events and outcomes in your everyday life.  Dare to Expect the Best and I assure you, you will one day reap nothing but the best...

Trusting Serendipity

We all have unexplainable moments when stars align and things just naturally fall into place.  It's this thing called serendipity.  I'm sure you have experienced it before and know how it works.  You find yourself at just the right place, at just the right time, with just the right person. You find something you weren't even looking for, or conditions align themselves for fate to reveal its face to you. These random, unpredictable, often life changing and unexpected events occur that leave you plain mesmerized. You know it's something amazing when it happens, but your rational side may shrug it off as sort of unusual, or just a mere coincidence. But these types of events are unique and fortunate and are not to be taken lightly.

The mysterious, spiritual, unexplainable side of life is sometimes the most real.  We should all learn to trust and embrace the mystery as we are all intricately connected to and a part of this divine mystery called life...  Trusting Serendipity is definitely living closer to spirit. It is allowing yourself to be open to possibilities and embracing not knowing what is going to happen next.  Living in this manner can be exciting and adventurous. It allows us to encounter people we never even conceived of meeting, to see places we didn't even know existed, or to try something delightful and refreshing. It allows our souls to open up and expand in all directions. But, serendipitous events aren't something you can plan for or even count on. They sort of just happen to you, when you least expect them, leaving you changed for the better. And it is when you are really being open to the spiritual realm, to new experiences and possibilities that they show up even more often.

Serendipity is not easy to fully understand.  By definition though, serendipity is: the faculty or phenomenon of finding valuable things not sought for.  This is a great definition if you ask me.  So if you would like to to experience it more often, all you need to do is be open to it, allow it to happen and just let it show up in your life. If you try and plan every detail on your journey, you will miss out on extraordinary experiences. Acute planners rarely experience serendipity. They actually block out this mysterious, wonderful part of life.

Living with and close to serendipity is learning to trust and embrace the unexpected and to release control of the outcome. It is accomplished by not locking yourself into decisive, concrete plans, but instead listening for slight inner nudges and toning down your logical mind. Oftentimes, when we are living in this manner, what comes along is far greater than we could have ever anticipated or planned for. When we are in the flow and release control of the outcome serendipity becomes a remarkable part of our daily lives. It is almost magical. And the thing about magic is, it can't be forced, only allowed. Trusting Serendipity is allowing possibilities without boundaries, experiences without rigid fences. Set yourself free to experience its splendor.

Live it Up

Life is whatever you make of it bottom line! In every moment you always have a choice either to make the most of your circumstances, or to feel sorry for yourself and give up or give in. You also have a choice to look for the positive, or negative in every situation. There are no victims in life, only those who make themselves out to be. We all have tough situations to face.  We all screw up from time to time.  That is part of life and part of being human.  And sometimes, things can get pretty crazy in any of our lives. But through it all, you can still choose to be positive, and continue to follow your goals, dreams, your passions and bliss. If you choose to focus on all the things spirit blesses you with everyday, you will always find more to be grateful for. And there is much to be grateful for in everyone of our lives.

Why not choose to Live it Up and "suck out all the marrow of life," as Thoreau said? Seize the day, as this day will never come again. Remember that life is a gift and a treasure. Don't you dare let one millisecond go to waste. Just the fact that we are living, breathing and having this human experience is a miracle in and of itself. Have fun, rejoice, act goofy, be outrageous at least every once in a while. Benjamin Disraeli said, "Life is too short to be little." I think life is also too grand to be bland. Life is made out of the stuff that is fine and the stuff that is divine. So Live it Up, take some chances, put yourself out there. Go out on a limb where all the fruit is. If you never try to do what you love, you will never love what you do! Hellen Keller once said, "Life is either a daring adventure or nothing!" So why not make your life incredible and make it worth living? You have the power inside you right now, to make your life extraordinary. Don't let it go to waste.  Seize your power for positive, zestful living.

I challenge you to make your life tasty, juicy, bursting with passion and flavor. Make your life count. Life is meant to be enjoyed, to be full of bliss, joy, happiness and to be overflowing with adventure. Live your life so that each tick of the clock doesn't mock you and that it's not just one more second passing of a life not fully lived. Live your life so that when you walk into the gates of heaven someday, you hear all the angels rejoicing and cheering you on for living such a glorious, fabulous, extraordinary life, for really experiencing all life has to offer, for living it up...

Live the Possible Dream

Harness the power you have inside of you to live your best life yet, to Live the Possible Dream. You know we hear so much negative talk in our society about the impossible or unattainable dreams, but there is really no such thing. Our dreams are individualized and sacred, and every dream contains the possibility of achievement, otherwise you wouldn't have it. Whatever the seemingly unattainable or impossible dream is for you, dare to realize it and live it. Nothing that you wholeheartedly believe in is truly impossible or out of reach.

In dreaming we are set free to contemplate the impossible, to dare to escape from our limited mindsets, which often keep us trapped in mediocre lives. In dreaming we are free to traverse other dimensions of majestic proportions and conjure the resources for attracting what it is we so desire. Every dream entertained sets cosmic forces swirling. And every dream planted brings forth some type of fruit, some type of result. The only major prerequisites for attaining the dream is belief and action fueled by a heartfelt desire. Living the possible dream is turning our aspirations into visibility, our thoughts into tangible reality. That is the beauty and power of dreaming. All things become possible...

What is your dream, the music you hear which stirs your soul? Well whatever it is, instead of thinking of all the reasons it can never work and why you will never achieve it, dare instead to think about how you can succeed. Contemplate the glorious possibilities, your God given strengths and unique abilities. Contemplate your worthiness to have the dreams intended for you. As you believe and as you wish, so shall it be unfolded unto you. Dream big, think possibility thoughts and Live the Possible Dream...

Building Blocks of Success

There are many components to achieving great success.  I think all of us instinctively understand too just how much work, dedication and energy is involved in chasing our passions, living our dreams and in building phenomenal lives for ourselves.  Success is a hard thing to define and sometimes even to achieve and find, but there are five building blocks, or success principles I have singled out here that have truly made the distinct difference for me in my life.  They are principles I live by.  They are:

1) Utilizing Your Personal Power to Act and Produce Results
2) Taking Total Responsibility for the Life You Desire to Create and Experience
3) Developing Momentum by Taking Positive Steps (moving beyond motivation into action)
4) Extreme Focus and Visualization
5) Follow Through or Intense Commitment (UNTIL you achieve your outcome or goal)

These principles, or Building Blocks of Success can be found in a plethora of self help/success books.  They have been timeless, proven ideas by dozens of self help guru's and successful entrepreneurs all over the world.  I have come to understand that utilizing these success principles is of paramount importance on the journey towards having an amazing life.  Living them can be instrumental in helping anyone live a completely fulfilling existence. If you want to turn your dreams into a reality, these are things you can certainly do more of.

The bottom line is this, everyone could be living their dreams if they would only put these principles into practice. It is easy to see how these building blocks have impacted, shaped and have even been the backbone to many ultra, successful people's lives.   So starting today how could YOU put these simple, yet powerful five ideas to work in your life?  Imagine what your life would be like a year from now if you were to put these simple ideas into practice in the areas of life that are most important to you.  I challenge you to do it and see what happens...
